IWCE is premier annual event for communications technology professionals. It is the one time of year where everything is together in one place for your chance to connect with peers, see the newest products and services, and to attend educational sessions taught by industry leaders on the latest topics. Registration for IWCE will open in Fall 2016. It is recommended you register online before the show to take advantage of the best pricing and save time on-site.

During your registration for IWCE 2017, you’ll be asked if an invitation letter is needed if the address entered is outside of North America. Once you have registered for IWCE 2017, your letter of invitation is available within the registration dashboard. If you are unable to obtain a visa we will issue a full refund without charging the cancellation fee, once we receive a copy of the denial letter.
You are required to place a deposit in order to secure a hold on a booth for IWCE. The payment schedule is as follows:
  • 25% of total amount Required Deposit (must accompany all contracts upon signing)
  • 50% must accompany all contracts submitted on or after July 25, 2016 and before November 28, 2016.
  • 100% must accompany all contracts submitted on or after November 28, 2016.

As part of your conference registration fee, IWCE provides a web page with copies of any presentations that are collected for the sessions. They will be provided to registered conference attendees prior to the event so you may print them out and bring them as handouts.

    • Access to the Exhibitor Console: using the Exhibitor Login link you’ll be able to update your exhibitor profile, Get Badges, access the Exhibitor Services Kit (your guide to ordering services and rules/regulations for exhibiting) and make payments.
    • Access to IWCE logos, banners and marketing tips to help promote your presence at IWCE
Once available, you can use the Exhibitor Login link to Get Badges. You’ll first enter your Key Contact, then you’ll be able to register the rest of your needed badges. You’ll receive 5 free badges per 100 sq ft of your booth.
You may be asked to present a business card to show your role in the industry. Please be prepared to show a form of photo ID to pick up your Show Badge. Members of the press must provide credentials when registering to qualify for a press badge.
IWCE 2017 will take place March 27-31 at the Las Vegas Convention Center in the South Hall. Exhibit hall days are March 29 – 30th. The convention center is located at 3150 Paradise Road, Las Vegas, NV 89109.

Your Exhibitor Badge will allow you to access your booth when the exhibit floor is not open to attendees, during move in and move out, before the show opens and after the show floor closes at the end of the day. Only Exhibitor Badges will be allowed during those times.
If you did not receive a confirmation email, please call customer service at (800) 927-5007 or (708) 486-0764 to request a confirmation letter. Or you may visit the IWCE 2017 Registration homepage and under “Already Registered,” enter your e-mail address and password to be taken to your registration “Dashboard” where you can request another e-mail confirmation and edit your registration.
IWCE’s Network Infrastructure Forum is a new event held in conjunction with IWCE. IWCE’s Network Infrastructure Forum has a dedicated area within IWCE’s show floor with companies showcasing products and services that are vital to infrastructure. In addition, there will be educational sessions examining infrastructure topics such as tower management, safety, coverage, capacity, HetNets, DAS, small cells, spectrum, Wi-Fi, and business issues. The Las Vegas Convention Center offers a variety of dining locations both inside the exhibit hall and in the concourse, including food courts between the North and Central Buildings and on the lower level of the South Building.
No, attendees must be 18 years or older to attend any portion of IWCE. No infants or strollers are permitted.

You can also access your “Dashboard” from the Log In link in your confirmation email
Scooter rental at the Las Vegas Convention Center is managed through the FedEx Office Business Center. To reserve a scooter, please call 702-943-6780 or e-mailusa5042@fedex.com .
When you register online, you will be given the option to “add another registrant” or “submit Registration” on the Review Registration Page. Click on “add another” and repeat the registration process for each new registrant. When you are finished entering all the registrations, click on “complete registration” to continue to the payment page and complete your group registration process.
IWCE 2018 will take place March 5 – 9 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, FL. Exhibits will be held March 7 – 8, 2018.

Substitutions are always welcome in lieu of cancellations. If written notice is received by February 23, 2017 the registration fee will be refunded less a $75 processing fee. After February 23 cancellations are non-refundable. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds will not be issued for no-show registrants. Exhibit hall guest passes are provided to exhibitors to invite their customers and prospects to IWCE. Exhibitors can request 25 printed passes or a customized PDF with a unique promo code. Visit the Exhibitor Resources page for more information.
Your show badge will NOT be mailed to you. Your confirmation e-mail, reminder e-mail, and the show app will have a barcode for you to bring to the registration counters inside the South Hall to pick up your badge.
