When your city is suddenly selected to host a National Special Security Event involving senior U.S. government officials under the protection of the US Secret Service, how do you prepare for interoperable communications? This session brings together federal, state and local officials who have been involved in such events as the 2016 national political conventions and major sporting events to discuss best practices and lessons learned in emergency communications planning and coordination across jurisdictions for major events.
