Description

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security Science and Technology (S&T) is building partnerships with nationwide startup accelerators and industrial design firms to “re-imagine” the future of first response and identify state of the art technologies. Attendees can expect discussion around how to find commercially-available wearable technologies that can be adapted for first responders. Further, attendees will leave having learned how S&T is advancing the development of emerging technologies for responders that will benefit and improve responder capabilities now, in the near future, and 20 years down the line through its visionary design efforts!
