ProfileRobert D. Gaudioso is a partner with the Law Firm of Snyder & Snyder, LLP in New York, and has focused on telecommunications law for over 20 years. Robert graduated summa cum laude from Stony Brook University in 1990, cum laude from Pace University School Law School (J.D. 1993) and obtained a Masters of Laws in Environmental Law from Pace University School of Law in 1994. He is admitted to practice in New York, and in the United States District Courts for the Southern, Northern and Eastern Districts of New York. Robert has personally appeared before numerous land use boards throughout the New York metropolitan area, and has litigated various wireless telecommunications cases in Federal District Courts in New York, California, Massachusetts, Arizona and New Hampshire. Robert has been published in leading wireless telecommunications industry journals and is a frequent lecturer to the wireless industry speaking on the topic of wireless telecommunications, including Public Safety Radio, NYCWIN , FirstNet, 5G and the Internet of Things (“IoT”). Robert Gaudioso is a Board Member of the New York State Wireless Association (“NYSWA”) and serves as the co-chair of NYSWA’s Regulatory Committee. Robert has the distinction of having been named to the New York Metro Super Lawyer list in 2013, 2014 and 2015.
