Registration for IWCE will open in Fall 2017. It is recommended you register online before the show to take advantage of the best pricing and save time on-site.
If you are interested in speaking, you must submit an abstract/proposal for review. Check back soon for more information on how to submit your proposal.

IWCE 2018 will take place March 5-9 at the Orange County Convention Center, North Concourse in Orlando, FL. Exhibit hall days are March 7-8. The convention center is located at 9400 Universal Boulevard, Orlando, FL 32819.
IWCE is premier annual event for communications technology professionals. It is the one time of year where everything is together in one place for your chance to connect with peers, see the newest products and services, and to attend educational sessions taught by industry leaders on the latest topics. You are required to place a deposit in order to secure a hold on a booth for IWCE. The payment schedule is as follows:
  • 25% of total amount Required Deposit (must accompany all contracts upon signing)
  • 50% must accompany all contracts submitted on or after July 24, 2017 and before November 27, 2016.
  • 100% must accompany all contracts submitted on or after November 27, 2016.

As part of your conference registration fee, IWCE provides a web page with copies of any presentations that are collected for the sessions. They will be provided to registered conference attendees prior to the event so you may print them out and bring them as handouts.

IWCE’s Network Infrastructure Forum is a new event held in conjunction with IWCE. IWCE’s Network Infrastructure Forum has a dedicated area within IWCE’s show floor with companies showcasing products and services that are vital to infrastructure. In addition, there will be educational sessions examining infrastructure topics such as tower management, safety, coverage, capacity, HetNets, DAS, small cells, spectrum, Wi-Fi, and business issues. Once you have registered for IWCE 2018, letters of invitation are provided upon request. To view the Visa Letter Process for attendees and exhibitors, click here. If you are unable to obtain a visa we will issue a full refund without charging the cancellation fee. Request for Invitation Letters can be sent through the registration system as you register for your attendee or exhibitor badge.

Once available, you can use the Exhibitor Login link to update your exhibitor profile and access important exhibitor information including Exhibitor Registration, IWCE 2018’s Exhibitor Services Kit and to make payments.
You may be asked to present a business card to show your role in the industry. Please be prepared to show a form of photo ID to pick up your Show Badge. Members of the press must provide credentials when registering to qualify for a press badge.
The Orange County Convention Center offers a variety of dining locations both inside the exhibit hall and in the concourse. Check back closer to the show for the full concession schedule.
No, attendees must be 18 years or older to attend any portion of IWCE. No infants or strollers are permitted.
Your Exhibitor Badge will allow you to access your booth when the exhibit floor is not open to attendees, during move in and move out, before the show opens and after the show floor closes at the end of the day. Only Exhibitor Badges will be allowed during those times.
If you did not receive a confirmation email, please call customer service at (800) 927-5007 or (708) 486-0764 to request a confirmation letter. Or you may visit the IWCE 2018 Registration homepage and under “Already Registered,” enter your e-mail address and password to be taken to your registration “Dashboard” where you can request another e-mail confirmation, a printed confirmation or edit your registration.
Scooter rental at the Orange County Convention Center is managed through the FedEx Office Business Center. To reserve a scooter, please call 407-363-2831 or e-mail usa3996@fedex.com.

You can update your registration information by returning to the IWCE 2018 Registration homepage and under “Already Registered,” enter your e-mail address and password to be taken to your registration “Dashboard.” Click the “edit” button under “Personal Information” to make changes to your record. You can also access your “Dashboard” from your confirmation email.
IWCE 2019 will take place March 4 – 8 at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, NV. Exhibits will be held March 6 – 7, 2019.
When you register online, you will be given the option to “add another registrant” or “submit Registration” on the Review Registration Page. Click on “add another” and repeat the registration process for each new registrant. When you are finished entering all the registrations, click on “submit registration” to continue to the payment page and complete your group registration process.
Exhibit hall guest passes are provided to exhibitors to invite their customers and prospects to attend IWCE. Exhibitors can request 25 printed passes or a customized PDF with a unique promo code. Visit the Exhibitor Resources page for more information.
Your show badge will not be mailed to you. Keep an eye out for your barcode email which will be sent in the weeks right before the show and bring it with you to the registration counters inside the North Hall to pick up your badge.

Substitutions are always welcome in lieu of cancellations. If written notice is received by February 10, 2016 the registration fee will be refunded less a $75 processing fee. After February 10th cancellations are non-refundable. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds will not be issued for no-show registrants.
