Description Description:

The establishment of an interoperability program is only successful if it has the proper governance to support its efforts. Selecting the wrong governance model for a particular situation may doom the program to failure and may hinder the program from receiving the needed financial support. Explore a number of different governance models and approaches and review the successes and lessons learned from those who have implemented them.
