Eric Hill Vice President, Business Technology Eric Hill is Vice President, Business Technology of the Enterprise Wireless Alliance (EWA). EWA is an FCC-certified frequency advisory committee that provides license preparation, spectrum management, and wireless technology and business solution services for enterprises, wireless sales and service providers, and technology suppliers and manufacturers. Hill is responsible for creating new business opportunities and programs for EWA members and clients in emerging wireless technologies. Over his twenty-year career in wireless, Hill served as Assistant Vice President & Industry Affairs Director for CTIA—The Wireless Association and was the first employee of that wireless trade association’s Cibernet subsidiary. He joined Iridium as Roaming Operations Director in 1996 and then in 2000 became Programs Director at the GSM Association, an international association serving wireless carriers. Prior to EWA, Hill was with VeriSign as the Industry Relations Director, with responsibility for global marketing and business development within telecommunications trade associations and standards development organizations.
