Why should I attend IWCE?

How do I make hotel reservations?

You can visit the Travel Page anytime to check hotel information. Through our official housing partner, onPeak, we provide reduced hotel rates and travel discounts for your trip to Las Vegas.

How do I become a speaker?

If you are interested in speaking, you must submit an abstract/proposal for review. Find out more on the guidelines here.

How can I contract a booth for IWCE?

How do I obtain an invitation letter in order to get my Visa to enter the United States?

Once you have registered for IWCE 2014, letters of invitation are provided upon request. If you are unable to obtain a visa we will issue a full refund without charging the cancellation fee. Request for Invitation Letters can be sent through the registration system as you register for your attendee or exhibitor badge.

Will there be handouts for the sessions?

Included with your conference registration fee, IWCE provides a web page with copies of any presentations that are collected for the sessions. They will be provided to registered conference attendees prior to the event so you may print them out and bring them as handouts.

When is my booth deposit due?

You are required to place a deposit in order to secure a hold on a booth for IWCE.

Full deposit schedule: 25% must accompany all contracts submitted before August 16, 2013; 75% is due on August 16, 2013 for contracted exhibitors and must accompany all new contracts submitted before November 22, 2013. 100% is due on November 23, 2013 for contracted exhibitors and must accompany all new contracts submitted on or after November 23, 2013.

Is IWCE always located in Las Vegas, NV?

For many years, IWCE has been held in Las Vegas. It is one of the most cost-effective cities to travel to and to stay in, and provides a convenient location for attendees to gather. Although we have explored other locations, no other city has offered the convenience, location, amenities and services that Las Vegas does.

What do I get with a standard booth?

See listing of standard booth entitlements below:

  • Draped exhibit space with 8’ back drape and 3’ side drapes
  • Company ID sign including company name and booth number
  • Five (5) exhibit only badges per 10’ x 10’ booth
  • Unlimited Guest Passes for your marketing campaign, inviting your clients and prospects to visit your booth
  • Company listing on the on the Exhibitor List included in attendee marketing materials
  • Company listing in the official Show Directory, used by over 7,500 people during and after the show
  • Complimentary online Exhibitor Listing including contact information, link, and a 30-word description
  • Company listing on the IWCE mobile app
  • Exhibitor Service Kit: a guide to smooth planning, installing and dismantling of your exhibit space

How do I register my booth personnel?

Click here to go to the Exhibitor registration page. You will need your password provided in the Booth confirmation letter. You can register a main contact and any booth personnel for Exhibitor Badges. You can also register for any College of Technology workshops at a 50% discount (short courses and super-sessions are accessible with your Exhibitor badge). You can also use the Dashboard to add or update any registrations before the event.

Do I need to qualify and present credentials to attend the show? If so, what credentials are required?

You may be asked to present a business card to show your role in the industry. Please be prepared to show a form of photo ID to pick up your Show Badge.

What does an Exhibitor Badge entitle me to?

Your Exhibitor Badge will allow you to access your booth when the exhibit floor is not open to attendees, during move in and move out, before the show opens and after the show floor closes at the end of the day. Only Exhibitor Badges will be allowed during those times. It also gives you access to short courses and super-sessions on Wednesday through Friday at no additional charge. If you’d like to attend a College of Technology workshop on Monday or Tuesday, you can purchase them at a 50% discount of the regular rates.

I did not receive a confirmation, am I registered?

If you did not receive a confirmation email, please call customer service at (800) 927-5007 or (708) 486-0764 to request a confirmation letter. Or you may visit the IWCE 2014 Registration homepage and under “Already Registered,” enter your e-mail address and password to be taken to your registration “Dashboard” where you can request another e-mail confirmation, a printed confirmation or edit your registration.

Do exhibitors receive Conference Passes?

Any booth personnel may attend the short courses and super-sessions on Wednesday through Friday at no charge. College of Technology Workshops are not included, but may be purchased separately at a 50% discount for exhibitors. The Dealer Workshop and Lunch and Learn are also not included, but may also be purchased and added to your badge at any time. Visit the Registration Dashboard to update your registration

How can I update or change my registration information?

You can update your registration information by returning to the IWCE 2014 Registration homepage and under “Already Registered,” enter your e-mail address and password to be taken to your registration “Dashboard.” Click the “edit” button under “Personal Information” to make changes to your record. You can also access your “Dashboard” from your confirmation email.

How do I make a Group Registration?

When you register online, you will be given the option to “add another registrant” or “submit Registration” on the Review Registration Page. Click on “add another” and repeat the registration process for each new registrant. When you are finished entering all the registrations, click on “submit registration” to continue to the payment page and complete your group registration process.

How can I request to be removed from mailing lists?

For proper removal, send a copy of the mailing label from your IWCE promotional mailing by email to registration@penton.com or by fax to 708.344.4444

How will I receive my badge?

Your show badge will not be mailed to you. It will be waiting for you at the Already Registered counter inside of South Hall 3 (2nd floor).

Can children attend the event/show floor?

No, attendees must be 18 years or older to attend any portion of IWCE. No infants or strollers are permitted.
