INFORMA ALLSECURE: OUR COMMITMENT TO YOUR SAFETY
The event will be organized in accordance with Informa AllSecure health and safety standard. Proof of full vaccination/negative test, mask wearing, social distancing, contactless features, enhanced venue sanitization and capacity limits are a few of the measures we’re employing.

*Proof of full vaccination or negative PCR tests are required for all attendees

Protect and Detect

Under Informa AllSecure standards, IWCE Expo will facilitate required health protocols and assistance through the following processes:

Vaccine Requirements or Proof of Negative PCR Test

Proof of full vaccination or negative PCR test result within 72 hours of arrival along with a government-issued ID is mandatory to attend IWCE 2022.

Examples of acceptable vaccination proof include:

  • Mobile app designed to upload and prove vaccination such as:
  • Physical vaccination card

Vaccines authorized to prevent Covid-19 by the US FDA or by the World Health Organization (WHO) will satisfy IWCE requirements. The list currently includes: Moderna, Pfizer-BioNTech, Johnson & Johnson / Janssen, Sinovac, Sinopharm, Covidshied, and AstraZeneca.

Booster shots are not required to be considered fully vaccinated.

Acceptable proof of negative test:

  • A negative Covid-19 PCR lab test result taken within 72 hours of entry to IWCE 2022. You are responsible for securing your own testing.

When you arrive at the LVCC:

IWCE has chosen an entry and proof of vaccination / negative test protocol that balances safety and convenience. Proof of vaccination or negative PCR test along with government-issued photo ID will be checked at the door. After showing proof, you may proceed to the registration area to pick up your badge. Signs will be posted with instructions, and we ask for your patience as we move people into the building.

Tips to be prepared and expedite your entrance:

  • Wear your mask
  • Have proof of vaccination or negative test and photo ID in hand
  • Follow the instructions to pick up your badge

Cleaning and Hygiene

The LVCC was awarded the Global Biorisk Advisory Council (GBAC) STAR facility accreditation by ISSA, the world’s leading trade association for the cleaning industry. Considered the gold standard for safe facilities, the GBAC program was designed to control the risks associated with infectious agents, including the virus responsible for COVID-19.

Under Informa AllSecure standards, IWCE Expo will facilitate cleaning and hygiene through the following processes:

Enhanced Cleaning

Enhanced, deep cleaning before, during, and after the event will take place, working with the LVCC to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness.

This includes continuous sanitization throughout the course of an event, with a focus on high-touch areas such as door handles, restrooms, and food and beverage areas.

Personal Hygiene

Should it be necessary, IWCE Expo will work with local authorities to trace and contact participants at our events.

Increased Air Circulation

The Las Vegas Convention Center’s HVAC systems have been converted to MERV-13 filters and maximize outside (fresh) air up to 100% as environmental conditions permit. The LVCC’s HVAC system will remain running 24-hours a day throughout the course of the event.

Physical Distancing

Under Informa AllSecure standards, IWCE will facilitate physical distancing through the following processes:

Non-Contact Registration

IWCE 2022 will feature contactless registration making the process quicker, easier, and safer with less face-to-face interaction.

Physical Distancing

Please maintain appropriate social distance and respect the personal boundaries of other attendees.

CDC Best Practices

We encourage all attendees and exhibitors to follow these CDC best practices for everyday preventive actions to help prevent the spread of illness:

How we can all help:

  • Wash hands frequently
  • Test for Covid-19 within 24 hours prior to entering the event venue
  • Respect the personal space and comfort levels of others
  • Do not attend if you are not feeling well

A. There are no capacity limits other than standard fire marshal regulations.

Q. Will IWCE limit attendance?

A. IWCE is working closely with local health authorities and the LVCC to provide a safe and healthy experience for all IWCE Expo participants. Q. What type of face mask is required?
A. All guests will be required to wear a face mask upon entry to Las Vegas Convention Center. Masks will be available on-site if a guest does not have their own. The CDC recommends wearing masks with two or more layers of washable, breathable fabric, that completely cover your nose and mouth, fit snugly against the sides of your face and don't have gaps, have a nose wire to prevent air from leaking out of the top of the mask. Gaiters and face shields will not be acceptable forms of face masks at the IWCE Expo.

Q. Will food be served and what will that look like?
A. Food service will be available. We are partnering with LVCC to provide a wide-ranging menu that meets the needs of our participants. Food service may look a little different this year, to adhere to safety measures
