These individuals are executing some of our industry's most innovative ideas, showing creativity and initiative. Head of Marketing
Michelle Cahn leads community engagement at RapidSOS, an emergency technology company that links any connected device to 911 and first responders. Through educating the public safety community on new technology solutions to improve emergency response, Michelle has helped lead the adoption of NG911 solutions in over 2,000 PSAPs nationwide.
Senior Support Engineer
Michael Caston is a senior customer support engineer for Avtec. Michael graduated from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Integrated Information Technology. Avtec has jump-started Michael’s career with opportunities that he thought he’d never have, motivating him to continue to learn every day.
System Integration Engineer II
Lauren Eastwood is a System Integration Engineer at Avtec, Inc, the leading provider of VoIP dispatch consoles in North America. With a B.S. in Integrated Information Technology from the University of South Carolina, Lauren began her career at Avtec in 2017. She continues to grow her skillset, designing and integrating dispatch consoles into complex customer operational environments primarily in the Airline market.
Regional Principal Consultant
Austin Eisele has worked with AT&T for over 10 years to help improve wireless communications across the Northeast. As part of AT&T’s FirstNet division, Austin specializes in Enhanced Push to Talk / LMR integration, augmenting public safety communications. Austin’s mission is to support first responders by enabling them to communicate through a dedicated, interoperable network.

First Responder Network Authority
Adam Geisler is a National Tribal Government Liaison for the First Responder Network Authority. Adam has spent the last three years as the National Liaison, coordinating and developing critical relationships across Indian Country to inform FirstNet and AT&T of the public safety broadband and communication technology needs that tribes face today.
Elizabeth Grossenbacher is a strategy consultant and partner manager within the technology industry. Most recently, Mrs. Grossenbacher built partner solutions for the communications giant, Cisco Systems and its subsidiary, AppDynamics. Previously, Elizabeth guided Fortune 500 companies on go-to-market strategy as a Gartner consultant, built a global partner program for wireless start-up, Mimosa Networks, and introduced new marketing methods to the IoT service provider, Aeris Communications. Elizabeth has served as a speaker at several conferences including the IoT Expo, the Wireless Internet Service Provider Association, and Moderator of the Silicon Valley IoT Symposium. Additionally, she has contributed to the foundation and growth of notable communities within the IoT sector, including the IoT Silicon Valley meetup group and the Wireless Communications Alliance. Elizabeth is a UC Davis Leadership Fellow as well as holds a B.A, in Psychology, a B.A. in Business Design, and an MBA from the University of California, Davis.
Radio Systems Administrator
Hamilton County Public Safety Communications
James Miller began his dispatch career as a Fire and EMS dispatcher serving Hamilton County in 2007. In 2014, after a competitive process, he was selected to become the County's first Radio Systems Administrator and successfully lead the County's transition to a P25 trunking system. James continues to put his community and first responders first by ensuring the system remains operational and residents' tax dollars are spent wisely. Due to James' diligence, Hamilton County's radio system operated without issue during a school shooting in May 2018, where over 500 police, fire, EMS, and public service users responded to the incident.
Victor Hernández joined Teltronic (PowerTrunk´s HQ in Spain) in 2009 as Infrastructure R&D engineer and quickly made his presence felt by developing TETRA and LTE solutions for systems in Europe, South America and USA. Now, he is the Project Manager of the TETRA Bus Radio System for New York City Transit, one of the most relevant mission-critical systems in the country.
Vice President, Technology Solutions
Anthony Ibrahim provides technical leadership and subject matter expertise in networking, telecommunications, and IT to support mission critical wireless communications systems. He has recently been promoted to VP of Technology Solutions for his continual involvement in technology areas across the Chartis Federal’s client and corporate portfolios.
Booz Allen Hamilton
Matt Ondriezek is a staff engineer at Booz Allen Hamilton who studied mechanical engineering at Cal Poly. His work includes rapid prototyping of complete end to end mobile solutions, developing ruggedized equipment housing, and sensor system design and integration for a variety of military, security, and research applications.
Business Development Manager
Guido Perez is a trusted advisor with a reputation for working with owners, engineers and consultants to develop both standard and specialty solutions. He helps companies to become future-focused by analyzing the investment in modern technology. He has an innovative, creative and growth mindset, with the primary goal to pursue the most cost-effective resolution to the challenge at hand. He gained vast experience in construction and project management, leading teams of up to 120 people on underground international projects. His educational background includes a Master of Business Administration, a M.S. in Industrial Engineering and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.
Mike Perez is a Program Manager for AT&T Business, developing and driving strategic initiatives for the FirstNet Program that are helping bring the unique features and benefits of FirstNet to life for public safety. Mike has a B.S.B.A in Information Systems & Technology from Old Dominion University and is currently pursuing his M.S. in Analytics from Georgia Tech.
Director of Marketing & Communications
With over 10 years of experience in the critical communications industry, Maria Rowe is the Director of Marketing & Communications at JVCKENWOOD. Maria has worked closely alongside public safety, utilities and transportation organizations throughout the world. She is passionate about connecting critical communications users and stakeholders with the latest technology solutions that best support their organizational needs.
Nick Smith is a Project Manager with Airosmith Development and has quickly emerged as a leader in the wireless industry. After starting out as a Site Acquisition Specialist he was recently promoted to Project Manager and subsequently relocated geographically within the company to oversee a new market. He's responsible for New Site Build projects, which includes, leasing, zoning, permitting, and regulatory. Facilitating communication between all project team members including RF, Construction, Legal, Facilities and Regulatory. Nick received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Siena College. He is a Junior Board Member of the Pepper Rayfield Hope Foundation and is a member of the Wireless RAGNAR team "Running out of Service."

Jon Szeliga is a goal oriented and solutions driven manager with over 14 years of experience in the Wireless Communications Industry. Jon effectively collaborates with various carriers and vendors in both regional and local markets to coordinate successful completion of projects, to the satisfaction of Engineering Wireless Services’ (EWS) customers. Jon is focused on the future and dedicated to excellence in performance and team success. Jon is extremely customer oriented, and always conscious of client needs, expectations and budgets.
