How do I make hotel reservations?

How do I register for IWCE?

Registration for IWCE will open in Summer 2018. It is recommended you register online before the show to take advantage of the best pricing and save time on-site.

How do I become a speaker?

The deadline for Speaking Opportunities was August 24. Please reach out to Stacey.orlick@knect365.com to discuss any late submissions. 

How can I contract a booth for IWCE?

Where is the International Wireless Communications Expo this year?

IWCE 2019 will take place March 4 – 8th at the Las Vegas Convention Center in the North Hall.  Exhibit hall days are March 6 – 7th. The convention center is located at 3150 Paradise Road, Las Vegas, NV 89109.

Why should I attend IWCE?

IWCE is premier annual event for critical communications technology professionals. It is the one time of year where everything is together in one place for your chance to connect with peers, see the newest products and services, and to attend educational sessions taught by industry leaders on the latest topics. When is my booth deposit due?

You are required to place a deposit in order to secure a hold on a booth for IWCE. The payment schedule is as follows:
  • 25% of total amount Required Deposit (must accompany all contracts upon signing)
  • 50% must accompany all contracts submitted on or after July 6, 2018 and before November 8, 2018.
  • 100% must accompany all contracts submitted on or after November 9, 2018.

How much does it cost to attend?

Will there be handouts for the sessions?

As part of your conference registration fee, IWCE provides a web page with copies of any presentations that are collected for the sessions. They will be provided to registered conference attendees prior to the event so you may print them out and bring them as handouts.

What is IWCE’s Network Infrastructure Forum?

IWCE’s Network Infrastructure Forum is a new event held in conjunction with IWCE. IWCE’s Network Infrastructure Forum has a dedicated area within IWCE’s show floor with companies showcasing products and services that are vital to infrastructure. In addition, there will be educational sessions examining infrastructure topics such as tower management, safety, coverage, capacity, HetNets, DAS, small cells, spectrum, Wi-Fi, and business issues. Can I get a discount on my registration?

Occasionally, IWCE will provide discounts for exhibit hall and conference packages. To sign up to receive special offers, click here.

How do I obtain an invitation letter in order to get my Visa to enter the United States?

Once you have registered for IWCE 2019, letters of invitation are provided upon request. To view the Visa Letter Process for attendees and exhibitors, click here. If you are unable to obtain a visa we will issue a full refund without charging the cancellation fee. Request for Invitation Letters can be sent through the registration system as you register for your attendee or exhibitor badge.

What’s not included in my booth price?

How can I request to be removed from mailing lists?

For proper removal, send a copy of the mailing label from your IWCE promotional mailing by email to iwce@compusystems.com. 

How do I register my booth personnel?

Once available, you can use the Exhibitor Login link to update your exhibitor profile and access important exhibitor information including Exhibitor Registration, IWCE 2019’s Exhibitor Services Kit and to make payments.

Do I need to qualify and present credentials to attend the show? If so, what credentials are required?

You may be asked to present a business card to show your role in the industry. Please be prepared to show a form of photo ID to pick up your Show Badge. Members of the press must provide credentials when registering to qualify for a press badge.

Will food be available during the show?

The Las Vegas Convention Center offers a variety of dining locations both inside the exhibit hall and in the concourse, including food courts between the North and Central Buildings and on the lower level of the South Building.

Can children attend the event/show floor?

No, attendees must be 18 years or older to attend any portion of IWCE. No infants or strollers are permitted.

What does an Exhibitor Badge entitle me to?

Your Exhibitor Badge will allow you to access your booth when the exhibit floor is not open to attendees, during move in and move out, before the show opens and after the show floor closes at the end of the day. Only Exhibitor Badges will be allowed during those times.

I did not receive a confirmation, am I registered?

If you did not receive a confirmation email, please call customer service at (800) 927-5007 or (708) 486-0764 to request a confirmation letter. Or you may visit the IWCE 2019 Registration homepage and under “Already Registered,” enter your e-mail address and password to be taken to your registration “Dashboard” where you can request another e-mail confirmation, a printed confirmation or edit your registration.

Are wheelchair and/or scooter rentals available at the Las Vegas Convention Center?

Scooter rental at the Las Vegas Convention Center is managed through the FedEx Office Business Center. To reserve a scooter, please call 702-943-6780 or e-mail usa5042@fedex.com.

Do exhibitors receive Conference Passes?

Each booth personnel receives a single session ticket to attend any workshop, power session or short course. Ticket is surrendered at the door to the chosen session. Tickets may be passed to other attendees without penalty, but tickets will not be reprinted.  Exhibitors may also purchase a 5-day or 1-day conference pass at a discounted rate. How can I update or change my registration information?

You can update your registration information by returning to the IWCE 2019 Registration homepage and under “Already Registered,” enter your e-mail address and password to be taken to your registration “Dashboard.” Click the “edit” button under “Personal Information” to make changes to your record. You can also access your “Dashboard” from your confirmation email.

Where and when is IWCE next year?

IWCE 2020 will take place March 30 – April 3 at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, NV. Exhibits will be held April 1 - 2, 2020.

How do I make a Group Registration?

When you register online, you will be given the option to “add another registrant” or “submit Registration” on the Review Registration Page. Click on “add another” and repeat the registration process for each new registrant. When you are finished entering all the registrations, click on “submit registration” to continue to the payment page and complete your group registration process.

What is the complimentary exhibit hall guest pass program?

Exhibit hall guest passes are provided to exhibitors to invite their customers and prospects to IWCE. Exhibitors can request 25 printed passes or a PDF customized with your company name. Visit the Exhibitor Resources page for more information.

How will I receive my badge?

Your show badge will not be mailed to you. Keep an eye out for your barcode email which will be sent in the weeks right before the show and bring it with you to the registration counters inside the North Hall to pick up your badge.

What opportunities are available for promoting my company?

Our goal is to find the best ways to put you in touch with your audience and to help grow your business. We’ve developed several sponsorship and promotional opportunities that will enhance your presence at the show. Can I cancel my registration?

Substitutions are always welcome in lieu of cancellations. If written notice is received by January 31, 2019 the registration fee will be refunded less a $75 processing fee. After January 31st cancellations are non-refundable. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds will not be issued for no-show registrants.
