Brian began his law enforcement career in 1994 with the Henderson Police Department. In 2017, he retired as a police captain with over two decades of public safety experience. In his transition to Motorola, he has a new mission, but the same commitment to serving public safety. His operational experience includes patrol officer, field training officer, and crisis negotiations. He was also a detective in the robbery, major crimes, intelligence, and property crimes units and served on federal task forces with the FBI and DEA. As an administrator, Brian directed patrol and technical support divisions. He managed an accredited 911 communications center, records and evidence bureau, training bureau, and he advanced the department's technology programs in several areas. Brian has vast experience, and a unique perspective on the impact technology has throughout an agency, and he has an insight into the challenges that public safety leaders face.
