Kaevon LeGrande currently serves as a Project Manager for State and Local Solutions at The Digital Decision and Project Manager for the TDD Verizon Consultant Team. He also serves as a current member of the iCERT Board. Over the past few years, LeGrande has led multiple projects for The Digital Decision including SLIGP 1.0 efforts for the State of Nevada & Michigan, as well of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. This SLIGP 1.0 project also included the creation and distribution of a Statewide Requirements Checklist Portal which was used to advise States and Local on the FirstNet Opt-in/out decision. More recently he led the Fairfax County Smart Communities Project, which included; Outreach and Education, Data Collection, Stakeholder Alignment, Research and RFI Development. LeGrande received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Old Dominion University where he studied Information Technology, Network Engineering and Management.
