Eric Sinclair is a senior manager for new business and market development at Spirent Communications. With over 20 years of engineering, new product, business development, and operations experience in the mobile industry, Eric has led projects across the globe including in the U.S., Canada, U.K., Australia, and Hong Kong. He is currently dedicated to new opportunities emerging in Public Safety over LTE, focused on ensuring the end user quality of experience meets or exceeds the standards of mission critical voice, video, and data.
Prior to joining Spirent, Eric served as director, mobile devices for Videotron in Montreal,
Quebec. Eric started his career as a radio frequency engineer and held positions with Bell Mobility, Nortel Networks, and Sprint PCS. He then joined Actix serving as a product manager, followed by positions as engineering director for the Asia-Pacific region and subsequently product business director in North America.
Eric is a proud French Canadian, and has lived and worked in the Washington D.C. metro area for the last 7 years. He graduated from Ecole Polytechnique de Montreal with a BSEE degree in electrical engineering, telecommunications, and space technologies.
