Mathew Theisz is an RF Engineer with Telecommunications Development Corp and has been working with the DC Office of Unified Communications (OUC) for the last 3 years. In this role, Mathew has been instrumental in developing the OUC's current technical and testing requirements. His operational role includes plan review, acceptance testing, and interference event troubleshooting.
Mathew's LMR support responsibilities include performance troubleshooting, training, standards development, and P25 encryption interoperability. Prior to his work with the District of Columbia, Mathew worked in the NYC market for over a decade, working in LMR, In Building, Mesh, and Cellular design.
