Where is the International Wireless Communications Expo this year?

IWCE 2021 will take place September 27-30 at the Las Vegas Convention Center in the South Hall, Level 1. Exhibit hall days are September 29-30. The convention center is located at 3150 Paradise Road, Las Vegas, NV 89109.

Why should I attend IWCE?

IWCE connects the critical communications ecosystem through networking, education and insights enabling professionals to leverage emerging technologies to help create a safer, more efficient and more interconnected world. It is the one time of year where everything is together in one place for your chance to connect with peers, see the newest products and services, and to attend educational sessions taught by industry leaders on the latest topics. Attendees represent a diverse group of professionals from the government/military; public safety; utility; transportation and business enterprise sectors.

How do I obtain an invitation letter in order to get my Visa to enter the United States?

Once you have registered for IWCE 2021, letters of invitation are provided upon request. Request for Invitation Letters can be sent through the registration system as you register for your attendee or exhibitor badge. If you are unable to obtain a visa we will issue a full refund without charging the cancellation fee. Click on the Register button above to register and request your visa letter.

Can children attend the event/show floor?

No, attendees must be 18 years or older to attend any portion of IWCE. Infants or strollers are NOT permitted.

How do I register for IWCE?

Click on the Register button above to see pricing and access our registration system. It is recommended you register online before the show to take advantage of the best pricing and save time onsite.

How much does it cost to attend?

IWCE offers a variety registration packages to meet your needs. Packages and pricing will be available once registration opens in late April 2021. To sign up for email updates, click here.

Can I get a discount on my registration?

Occasionally, IWCE will provide discounts for exhibit hall and conference packages. To sign up to receive special offers, click here.


Do I need to qualify and present credentials to attend the show? If so, what credentials are required?

You may be asked to present a business card to show your role in the industry. Please be prepared to show a form of photo ID to pick up your Show Badge. Members of the press must provide credentials when registering to qualify for a press badge.

I did not receive a confirmation; am I registered?

If you did not receive a confirmation email, please contact our registration team at [email protected].

How do I make a Group Registration?

When you register online, you will be given the option to "add another registrant" or "submit Registration" on the Review Registration Page. Click on "add another" and repeat the registration process for each new registrant. When you are finished entering all the registrations, click on "submit registration" to continue to the payment page and complete your group registration process.

How will I receive my badge?

Your show badge will not be mailed to you. Keep an eye out for your QR code email which will be sent in the weeks right before the show and bring it with you to the registration counters inside the South Hall to pick up your badge.

How do I make hotel reservations?

Our official housing partner, onPeak, works to negotiate travel discounts and reduced-rate hotel rooms to make your trip affordable. Hotel information will be available soon.

Does IWCE have a mobile app?

The IWCE 2021 mobile app will be available to download on both Apple and Android devices. This will allow you to access important show information, build your schedule, connect with fellow attendees and more. Check back for updates in Fall 2021!

Will food be available during the show?

The Las Vegas Convention Center offers a variety of dining locations both inside the exhibit hall and in the concourse, including a food court on the lower level of the South Building.

Are wheelchair and/or scooter rentals available at the Las Vegas Convention Center?

How do I become a speaker?

Be a Thought Leader at IWCE 2021! Deadline for submission is February 18, 2021.

IWCE is looking for dynamic speakers with great stories and insights about what's new and relevant in the world of communications technology to present at IWCE 2021. If you would like to submit a speaker, enter here or email [email protected] with the speaker's name, title, organization, bio and email as well as a brief description of the topic on which he or she would like to present.

Where can I find information about the conference program offerings for 2021?

The Conference Program for both IWCE and the ETA Education Forum (training) will be published in late October. Please check back for more information.

Will there be handouts for the sessions?

As part of your conference registration fee, IWCE provides a web page with copies of any presentations that are collected for the sessions. They will be provided to registered conference attendees prior to the event so you may print them out and bring them as handouts.

How do I register my booth personnel?

Once available, you can use the Exhibitor Login link to update your exhibitor profile and access important exhibitor information including Exhibitor Registration, IWCE 2021's Exhibitor Services Kit and to make payments.

What does an Exhibitor Badge entitle me to?

Your Exhibitor Badge will allow you to access your booth when the exhibit floor is not open to attendees, during move in and move out, before the show opens and after the show floor closes at the end of the day. Only Exhibitor Badges will be allowed during those times.

Exhibitor Badges also include:

  • Access to all Special Events, including the Keynotes, General Session, Town Hall Meetings and Networking Reception.
  • One free Single Session ticket to attend the session of your choice. It is valid for all Workshops, Power Sessions and Short Courses. Tickets are printed with your exhibitor personnel badge, and must be surrendered at the door to the chosen session. Tickets may be passed to other attendees without penalty, but tickets will not be reprinted

Do exhibitors receive Conference Passes?

Each booth personnel receives a single session ticket to attend any workshop, power session or short course. Ticket is surrendered at the door to the chosen session. Tickets may be passed to other attendees without penalty, but tickets will not be reprinted. Exhibitors may also purchase a 5-day or 1-day conference pass at a discounted rate.
